My massage therapist once asked me what I do when I get tight neck muscles. When he gets to open them, they will be the same after a week.
So can the noises in the ears be caused by tense muscles? When I cry, the voices get louder.
Sometimes the sound sounds like the strings of the neck are being played like a violin string....pling.
For some reason, I tense my shoulders and neck. The jaws are also rigid.

I often blame myself that my children have illnesses because of me. I feel like I was a bad mother. I feel guilty even about my thoughts if I have been angry with my children. Ive always wanted to be perfect and in reality I havent been able to. I think about things if I could have done differently.

I have now taken Ferrum phos. Feeling has stabilized.

Now I received instructions from you to take Pulsatilla 200.
Do I just take that pulsatilla now and leave the Kali Brom? Kali Brom is coming to me next week. I have Pulsatilla D30, C30 and C1000. I dont have a C200. Can I dilute C1000?

I took pulsat 1000C. I put five grains in 3.4 oz of water. I took one teaspoon of liquid.
Now a big herpes blister appeared on the left nostril. The mouth was so dry last night that the tongue stuck to the palate.
The left edge of the tongue hurts.

Feeling nervous now. The nervousness is affected by the fact that we have people in the village all the time. I would like to be in peace for a moment.
The middle sons family comes to eat and stay with us for the whole day. They have a small child and want us to take care of it. They just watch TV and phones. I have been taking cell mineral Calc Fluor because my skin, hair and eyes, mouth are dry. In addition, the nose bleeds and feels stuffy in the mornings.

I again picked up stones from the ground and threw them at my husband. The man just stared at me. Wondered at my anger. Just stood there staring at me. I picked up stones again and hoped they would hit my husband in the face. On the other hand, I was afraid it would happen.
I woke up and cried.

The tongue is sore from the left tip. At first I thought it was the thread/hair being tightened. However, there is nothing.
The anus itching was gone, yesterday it started again.
Skin is dry. The nose bleeds in the morning. The dryness and blood flow was already before the pulsatilla.

The sounds in the ears have been variable. I bought a neck pillow a few days ago, which is supposed to relax the neck muscles. I have used it whenever I feel tension in my neck. Even at night.

There were heart palpitations in the evening.
The pulse is occasionally high.

The eyes cross. I easily fall asleep in the car and its hard to keep my eyes open.

The herpes blister in the left nostril is starting to ease.

Feeling worthless. The feeling that no one cares. I think this feeling is reflected in that dream I mentioned above.

Yesterday was a good day. My daughters three girls were playing board games with us and I havent laughed as much as I did yesterday in a long time.

Herpes is cured.

I had an argument with my husband yesterday. The tinnitus in the ears started (the rumble of the machine) after an argument. All last night the sounds in the ears were loud. This morning, my neck, shoulders and shoulder blades are sore and stiff.

My husband has lied our whole life together. When we were young, he lied about serious things: alcohol use, peoples words, etc. The reason was always something other than himself. We argued about things and I thought the man would learn. However, these lies stuck in my mind. Nowadays, the man lies about useless things.
Yesterdays fight was about a lie he got caught. Even though he was caught in a lie, he wont admit it. He claims that I have misunderstood or that others have caused it.

I had a dream at night. I was in the house I had to escape from. It was dark and wet outside. The country was poor. I ran along the black road. There were buildings along the road. There were different animals in front. For example, the Bear. I ran away. I knew I had a car to run away to. I came to the place where the car was. There were five wolves next to the car. They were skinny and the legs were almost non-existent because they were so skinny. However, they had long hair on their heads. Like the manes of a lion. The wolves ate the animal carcass on the ground. I tried to get close to the car, but the wolves attacked me. I tried to escape.
This is what I woke up to.

Last night I took 20 drops of Avena Sativa Q for anxiety. The noises in the ears calmed down a bit.

Feeling anxious now. Hopeless. I wonder why my husband lies. When I was younger, I blamed myself for things. My husband forbade talking about things with my friend. I would have liked someone to talk to about it. I didnt dare because I didnt want to hurt my husband.

Yesterday I went to the sauna and forgot to drink water (no feeling of thirst even though I was sweating). Now, since morning, the sound has returned to my ears. When I drank two glasses of water and was on a back roll, the noises eased.

There is a rash on the middle finger of the left hand. It has blisters that ooze a clear liquid. The rash is very itchy. Especially at night. The skin is a dry rash on the hand. Stinging itching.

I have been taking cell minerals Nat Mur and Nat Sulph. The dryness of the skin has eased.

I had a dream last night that a boy came with his family to a vacation home. They had guests with them. They all came here for us to hang out and eat. I woke up. I was irritated and tearful.

The left eye is dry. Hard to get it open at night due to dryness.

Left knee hurts. Straightening hurts.

Tinnitus (machine sound and whirring) returned. Back of the neck muscles ache. The base of the skull hurts. Thats probably the reason for the sound.

I ran out of Nat Mur. I havent received any more yet.
I have taken Calc Phos for neck pain.
I have taken Calc Fluor for dry heels.

Today we went out to eat. The food was chicken. I ground it like chewing gum. I couldnt swallow. I was afraid it would get stuck in my throat.

Anus itches. There is a hint of bright blood when wiping. Feel that dry.

The other day, the tips of the two bottom front teeth crumbled a little. Are now uneven. When you look in the mirror, you dont see any cracks. The language is always looking to try tips. A little confusion.

Sorry, I havent found nux vom 200 in my home country. I have to order it and I will receive it in about 2-4 weeks.
Right now the symptoms are: - nausea after drinking
- eyes cross. sensation as if the eyes would go into the inner corner of the eye. Seeing as two. After exertion, the weakness of the eyes is worse.

- last night the left eye was dry again
-necks hurt. i have taken cell salt calc phos and mag phos. These have made the space easier.
- The sounds in the ears are sometimes gone. When the neck tenses up, the rumble of the machine returns.
- Loud sounds feel bad in the ears. People who speak loudly feel bad in the ears.

My mind is fine. I have slept pretty well at night. I wake up maybe around four oclock and Im awake for a while, but then I fall asleep again. However, I am not irritable or tearful when I wake up at night.

Do I now wait for the nux vom or will you give a new instruction?

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it. HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER. FOR 3 NIGHTS.

I have nux vom 200 in granules but not drops.
Have I got it all wrong?
