Yes these are the only ones currently.

Left eye is looking dry and starting to become a bit irritated again.

Just now:
After eating I had the urge to have bowl movement - quite constipated but passed then aggravated pain under right rib a bit - feels as if mild muscle is strained.

On walking pain intensified under right rib (stitching) needing to stretch out and up for relief. No pain when lying still.

Things seem to generally get worse in evenings. Yesterday evening I had an uncomfortable tenderness in center stomach and sprained-like pain under right rib. Still there but milder for now. passing moderate gas.

On waking:
Watery eyes, left one irritated with raised area in lower outer corner with visible veins.

Ears very congested - woke up with left ear completely glued together, had to sleep on other side, ears still feel very congested and sticky.

Tonsil feels improved but still some stones.

Strained feeling at the bottom of throat (front of neck on dry swallowing or stretching neck to look upward)

Coughing, coughing to clear phlegm on waking for about 10 minutes and its also happening sometimes after eating again.

Sinuses feel full

Tongue feels dry.

After taking Kali-bi I feel more energetic.

Digestion seems normal.
Bowel movement normal.
Pain under rib - very mild

Able to eat larger portions.

Ears still clogged but feels as if moving upward in the canal closer to the surface.

Sinuses are running but feel less pressure
Tonsil still has small stones but less irritated

Eyes improved but mildly irritated

Cough after eating still

Tongue no longer dry but theres a pain in the left side of tongue as if an ulcer but no visible ulcer

Upper left molars paining & gums feel tender especially when brushing.

Eye tooth less inflamed but still irritated.

Throat still feels sprained on looking up or dry swallowing.

Overall feeling much better and was able to do some gardening.

Pain has returned moderately under right rib after firm bowel movement. Feels as if a muscle is strained.


Still Able to eat larger portions.

Ears still clogged.

I fell asleep early last night and had not taken the Belladonna or Iodine.

On waking stomach pain has improved, should I wait until it returns or go ahead and take the belladonna now?

Just have a gnawing hunger pain, under ribs very mild tenderness.

Woke with blocked sinuses and coughing up clear phlegm for about 10 minutes. Tonsil stones and phlegm gone after a fit of sneezing on waking. Seems when Im out in the garden I get the sinus issues.

Left eye is quite irritated with swelling & visible veins along lower water line from center to outer corner. Right eye scratchy as if theres a hair in it.

Eye tooth less inflamed but still irritated.

Throat sprained feeling and tongue pain is gone.

After eating pain and large amounts of gas returned. Pain is lower in the right side and across lower stomach.

Ill proceed with Belladonna unless theres a different suggestion.

Pain came on as soon as I stood up after eating.

Will try Nat-s then Belladonna if no relief.

After taking Nat-s the pain was very mild. Passed some gas. Ate another meal and things are still okay.

Yes took the iodine but no change yet.

Last night I had a weird sensation just to the right of my stomach through to my back, a deep back ache with a spasm like fast thumping in the front. It was short lived but made me anxious. On waking stomach seems fine.

Ears still clogged.

Woke with blocked sinuses, wheezing from right bronchial tube, coughing up clear phlegm, throat feels sore - feels as if I have a cold but I think it may be alder pollen allergies, I was walking in the woods yesterday and as soon as I brushed off an alder my eye started burning like acid.

Left eye is quite irritated with swelling & visible veins along lower water line from center to outer corner. Right eye scratchy and itchy.

Very constipated this morning. Stool gets stuck at opening and wont pass. Straining makes the sensation of gas pushing back up the digestive tract through to my throat.

Just about to take Nux and the pulsating came back slightly above and to the right of my belly button. Not pain just an annoying thumping/fluttering in an area around 2 diameter. Continue with Nux?
