This is about my school teacher. Male, Aged 52. 2 days back he was in extreme agony due to back pain(lumbar) right sided (better urination) and offensive urine. 2 doses of Lyco 30, was given. Patient is doing well, pain is now 3 out of 10. I asked him to observe for a week.

Today I was going through his case. A sympathetic, easy going, family oriented, ambivert men with history of fatty liver. The patient is hypochondriac-marked fear of disease. Great anxiety for their health. Low-spirited men. Aversion to sweet, oily food. Desire cold food,spicy food and orange. Profuse thirst for large amount of cold water(not icy cold). Perspiration on forehead and lumbar region. Worse heat. Better washing with cold water. He is having difficulty in concentration, minds are always preoccupied with thoughts. Insomnia- sleeplessness till 2 am. Sleeps late. Sleep not refreshing. Lethargy/tiredness morning.

Phosphorus seems to be indicated for the patient. Would appreciate your thoughts.

Looks good. Lyc should help, no need for a constitutional prescribing at the moment, may come later if Lyc does not complete the cure.

Here is a little update. He was doing very well. He is more energetic and having a good sleep. Yesterday he had another colic but this time it is very mild. Its like 2 out 10. I think Lyc is still acting. Suggested him Berb tincture as organ remedy for a week.

Received a call from him in the evening. He mentioned that today, in the morning, he had expelled some small calculi through his urine.
