Very large boil, the size of an egg

I had a small little welt that looked like a mosquito bite a week ago, Sunday. The next day I got a small little pus head on it which I popped. Then I got a small hard bump about the size of my thumb nail so on Thursday I squeezed it very hard to try get the pus out. None came, and now it is very very large and hard. Very red and hot and the whole area is grapefruit size. The hard area is egg size and sits up quite a bit. No fever but it is very very painful if my clothes rubs it or one of my kids bumps it. All the pain goes away in a hot bath.
