Hello Dr Anuj.
I talked to the patient today.
It all starts with the pain in shoulders that keeps extending. It changes places. On legs and hands. Pain is almost always in day time. When swelling sets in (swelling with raised visible veins) pain gets better. Patient is better in warm bed. When the pain or swelling is present patient feels very cold after taking bath. But warm application or sleeping covered makes the pain or swelling better. Pain and swelling go away in the night.
Periods are on time and normal.

And one more thing she was saying of something like blood stopping in veins. I don't get what she meant by that by I'm very sure that's not blood clots but just a sensation of numbness or something I guess.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS
DAY 4 ONWARDS
MEDORRHINUM 200.ONLY ONE DOSE.
DAY 6 ONWARDS.
MAG PHOS 30
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
APPLY HAMAMELIS Q BY MIXING 20 DROPS IN HALF A GLASS OF WATER OVER THE SWELLING THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION CALC FLUOR 6X and FERRUM PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 6.
