Oral Linchen Planus

My mother has got oral linchen planus.She is around 57.It has been around 10 months and in allopathy,there is no proper treatment for this.Can anyone please suggest a proper medicine for this.She is having a tremendous burning sensation if she intakes slightly salty food or hot drinks.

Inner tissues of the lips
Palate

Post about her salivation bleeding if any any drooling of saliva swelling inside or outside
Any other health or mental issues

Location of her lynching is
Gums and now spreading in tongue slowly.
There is no kind of bleeding and no swelling inside or outside
She is very sensitive and takes lots of stress,due to multiple factors like family issues,financial issues etc

Natrum Mur 200 2-3 dropa in water OR 3 pills thrice a day give them half an hour before meals for three four days
Post symptoms as and when you feel any changes in the symptoms

I have tried Natrum Mur 200 but it didnt work.The symptoms are same and no changes are seen

Antimonium Crudum 200
2-3 drops in water OR 02 pill thrice a day for three days
Post symptoms on change
