Hello again! I want to add that I had a consultation with an ND and he gave me a Chinese herbs tea to take for 8 days. Can I still do homeopathics?

I’m starting to feel cold symptoms now, post nasal drip, sore throat, congestion and slight cough. I am definitely feeling better but want to kick the cold symptoms.

The ND mentioned since I had muscle pain and extreme headaches the virus presenters vascular for me. So the herbs are to support healthy circulation.

I’d like to add that I’m horrible anxiety, like this is never going to end. Dreaded feeling.

I have been taking them 6 days but stopped yesterday because I wasn’t sure if I could have them with the Chinese herbs. Cold calm I stopped around day 3 because it didn’t develop to cold symptoms.

All the previous symptoms seemed to resolve (body/muscle/headaches, fatigue) now I’m feeling the congestion, coughing, chest heaviness and not much of an appetite. I wake up with a sore throat from the post nasal drip. Feels like the start of a cold.

Should I just take the Hepar? Different potency?

Anything else I should take? From what I gather Kali mur and Ferr phos are good for blood circulation to help avoid clotting.

I was feeling a lot better 90% but my sinus started acting up this evening and my nose is completely blocked. It’s happened before almost like a seasonal allergy. It’s really amplified my anxiety. Ughh such a mess 🤪

Thank you! Anything I can take for my anxiety? It’s so bad right. I have terrible anxiety around my health and get so anxious about going to the doctor. Doomed feeling, the nighttime brings it on even more. The blocked nose is really exasperating my anxiety. Can’t shake it.

Also, no appetite and my taste is a bit off. Can still smell and taste but things taste blah.

I would always get nervous about going to the doctor so much that it would cause my blood pressure to go up. Doctor called it white coat syndrome. It happens every time now. I almost get a panic attack when they are taking my reading. I worry that something terrible/incurable is wrong with me. These feelings became magnified after becoming a mom, it’s pretty bad and all consuming.

Any new/different sensation in my body sends me down a rabbit hole of researching and worrying.

Yes and no to various doctors, if I work myself up enough I will go get checked out but I try to avoid them at all cost. If I can figure out a way to avoid my blood pressure spiking I would be more at ease, I think.

As for covid over all my symptoms have been mild except for maybe a day I was extremely fatigued and horrible headache. Now I just have a dry blocked sensation in my nose and dry throat. However, my appetite is lacking and certain foods taste off, especially meat.
