Mom has blood thickening (high hemoglobin)

Hello,

After my mom, 59, recovered from covid her blood markers show high hemoglobin which means her blood got thick and there is a risk of blood clots. She is taking prescribed blood thinners but I don’t see much improvement. Can homeopathy help her?

Some additional health concerns include cardiovascular (Myocardial dystrophy); hot flashes and sleeplessness due to menopause.

General info: not overweight, calm, keeps everything inside, low blood pressure, became widow at 38 and never got married again.
