Are there any remedies that will detox and get rid of drugs used to carry out procedure

Firstly give Hypericum 200 and Arnica M 200 one dose each to get over the pain and injury caused by the surgery
Nux Vom is the right remedy

Thanks - three days on and my throat is so painful still having trouble swallowing and eating
