An Update, I was able to start the meds ( Pellets). I have taken the 3 nights course of NUX VOM 200 and discontinued it.

I have been taking other two, Nitric Acid 30 and Nat Mur 6x, for last two days.

Good thing is, I have not been sweating. Bad part is, for last 3 days, the temperature have dropped below 0, so I am not sure if the meds are working or is it because of the temperature.

I will continue to take the meds and will revert with a weekly update.

Please let me know if you like to add or assess anything.

**Update**
have completed the 7 days and it gets worse after I take meds. I sweat excessively in hands and feet. I did not take the meds yesterday and it does not sweat at all.

Usually, my symptoms are gone in this temperature (below 0) but when I take meds then these are back.

Please advise

Hi,
Sorry I could not reply earlier. There was some medical urgency in the family that kept me occupied.

Update.
Stopped all the meds after last communication. Symptoms eased out a bit but not back to normalcy of what it used to be during winters month.
