Son sick the same week every yr

Hi all,

My son gets sick the same time every yr. The week before his birthday coincidentally. Its a general feeling of being drained, fatigued, this time he had a bought of the shakes. Nothing definitive to go on. Right now he’s going to get a covid test, even though he is fully vaccinated. I could have sworn there was a specific remedy for “same time every yr”, or when there are warm days, cold nights…change of season in the Fall. Upon searching I see theres more than one.

He is hypothyroid and is on meds, but hes generally stable as far as his tests and never gets adjusted. He does get a feeling of being drained a lot. He’s definitely not a pulsatilla personality wise. But does use the word drained enough that I dont know whether to go on that alone. I do give him nux from time to time. That seems to be his constitution because its the remedy that works for his occasional left side sciatica.. But I already gave him a dose last wk.
