Chronic Polyps and Suffocation
Dear DoctorsMy Neighbored named Mohan Lal, Age: 52, Weight: 90 Kgs, Profession: Grain/Pulses Chakki (Grinding Plant) owner as well as Worker. He is Residence of Thana Bola Khan.
He has requested for his symptom history as:
He is feeling the problem from Nasal Breathe since 2008. He told that 36 years ago at the age of 16 years, he had same business was living at Ibrahim Hydri, Karachi which is at the bank of sea. It is opened area for fish catching. The bad smells of dead fishes were also felt / smelled every time. In these days, he felt suffocation & breathe problems. After three years, some Doctors advised him to shift from the bank of sea area and to live in the city area. Since then, he is living in city, Karachi but feels suffocation in taking breathe up to now.
Nasal Polyps: He got medical advices from ENT specialists and then he was suggested for Operation. His both sides of nose are blocked and he is taking, eating, drinking as well as breathing from the mouth only from 2008. He is still suffering but not ready for Operation of ENT.
He is Diabetic from 2012 on a single tablet only.
Dear Doctor!, I do hope that your expert & healthy advice will be beneficial for neighbored Mohan Lal.

Dear Doctor!
Dear Mohan Lal has reported that when he is taking these medicines then he feels allergy in his throat that causes little bit cough and has to pass coughing for some time.
No change in other mentioned symptoms have been observed.

He was to take Arsenic Album for three day’s only and thereafter Lemna minor
Is there any improvement in the breathing from nose or not however little?

Dear Doctor!
Dear Mohan Lal has reported on 23.10.2021 that he is feeling same condition. No change in breathing from nose and no reduction in suffocation still. The cooling days are coming so the problem of suffocation will increase as usual and nose sides are blocked already, as reported earlier.

Dear Doctor!
Dear Mohan Lal reported me that suffocation has been finished.
He was given a six to ten ml glass bottle with 30 drops of Hydrastis Canadesis Q mixed with Pure Glycerine to put inside the nose for five to ten minutes through dropper.
He says that he needs more and assumed lit bit benefits of this mixture.
Now he reports that white fluid feels some time to flow.
This is the current feed back.

Doctor Kaps can not spare time to look after the matter so it is requested to Forum that please consider this case on the regular basis because my friend Mohan Lal is suffering and cool of winter days have been started. Hope the case will be consider by any one of the FORUM.

1. When did the problem start ?
2. What other health problems does he have?
3. Body height and weight.
4. Preference for type of weather (cool/warm)
5. What does he like to eat?
6. What he does not like to eat?
7. Family medical history.
8. Medical history of the patient.
Please describe what sort of a person the patient is in your opinion from what you know about him. This is the most important part. Success depends mostly on correct description of the patient.

5. What does he like to eat?
6. What he does not like to eat?
7. Family medical history.
8. Medical history of the patient.

Everything felt okay in a daily life and no any health issue before 2008.
3. Body height: 5’.8” feet/inches and weight: 90 Kgs.
4. Preference for type of weather (cool/warm): Before 2008, he liked cool weather but blockage of nose, he likes warm weather.
5. What does he like to eat?
He is vegetarian so mostly like vegetable especially Behh (Lotus roots) either fried, steamed or in curry. He cannot control his hands to taste or eat it. All other things are acceptable as; Dahi (Yogurt), Satish Lassie not sweetish, Milk, Achaar, pulses, Rice, Wheat flour, Rice Flour etc.
6. What he does not like to eat?
He disliked cauliflower due to gastric problem. Otherwise every eatable veg is okay.
7. Family medical history:
He is Diabetic due to family pressures, and some business tensions from 2012 on a single tablet only. Minor Gastric otherwise no any major problem like blockage of nose in 2008. Mostly he is going to visit different holy places and serve there as a helping hand.

He described that parents suffered by Asthma as well as in suffocation conditions.

Please give him Calcarea Carb 1m one dose only. He must not take any sour food or drink for two weeks.

Do not repeat medicine now. Do not take sour things for another two weeks. Cure will take about six months.

Dear Mohan lal replied me yesterday that as after two weeks extending more means one month passed. The progress is same of first two week and no progress further observed.
Then, yesterday he took Calcarea Carb 1M of five drops in ounce of water for further process.
