Hand Flapping and Sensory Processing Disorder

I am looking for a remedy for my son age 10. He has been diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder. He repeats himself a lot, is quite ornery and has tantrums daily. He also spends a lot of time spaced out and flapping his hands. He is very affectionate and has a strong appetite but is picky about what he will eat (he favors meat), struggles with sleep. Thank you.
