Multiple miscarriages

as per your question, At the time of my first miscarriage i was 34 years old. Secondly Pregnancy years are as follows
2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2021.
longest pregnancy was in 2012 almost 5 months with lovenox injections, but end up in miscarriage.
otherwise most of them are short term 1 or 2 months. some shows heart beat some not.

As mentioned earlier i have high cholestrol and low vitamin D. and there are fibroids too which are not harmful for pregnancy.
sometimes i feel depressed about my condition but then leave to almighty God.
No major health issues, sometimes have headache, last year had left leg pain and lower back pain, but now iam fine.
in what sense should i tell you about likes and dislike, any specific ?
hope if homeopathic remedy can help me in this regard.

Menses are regular
But sometimes comes early in 19 days sometimes on time.
And sometimes there is spotting between the periods.
Since 3 months no spotting, and on time like a week before a due date or on the same date.

Regarding fibroids iam sending you the 2 reports , one from 2012 and the other one from 2016. Latest I don't have, it is with the doctor.

Regarding the fear for miscarriage
I never expected in my first pregnancy that it will end into miscarriage, even i didn't have a fear in the 2nd or 3rd (although in the 3rd pregnancy which was longer till 5th month, advised by the doctor to use lovenox injection daily , unfortunately got miscarriage too)
Later in all other pregnancy i was scared, and also careful but still no success.

Just want to mention one more thing that
I easily get stressed and panic in certain situations, which turns sometimes into anxiety. Sometimes feel depressed too.

Well i had a fear due to previous mishaps , that it should not be this time, but unfortunately it happens.
it is not that that i was always thinking about this all the time but yes i was scared.

In last 2 miscarriage no heart beat, all of a sudden it happens, spotting start first & the very next day bleeding start, went to the doctor & she said under going miscarriage.

Regarding panic and depression
If something went wrong while doing things, i stressed out and got panic.
Or if there are family problems then i feel stressed and depressed sometimes as well.

If something not happen on time
Even on small matter also take tension
E.g travelling or on listening bad news
Think too much sometimes , worried as if nothing bad happen in future depending on the situations.

Well unfortunately i don't have Aconite N 200
But do have in 30C, will that be ok if i use and what the dose? If not i can order it which will take 3 weeks to come.

Thirdly regarding my symptoms for panic, sometimes my hand & feet becomes cold, sometimes headache, and feel anxiety & nervousness depending on the situation but not always.
And even i get angry & frustrated if things are not on time.

One more thing forget to tell you, usually i sleep late.

And i feel cold normally.

She just sent me to ivf doctor, who said that i my case there is 10% chance. Which i mentioned u earlier, that's why i was thinking to get some help from homeopathy.

Any pain burning stitching irritation in the genital system or while urination or at the time of menses?

Regarding above question no burning or itching
While urinating.
there is a pain during menses only for one day

Now a days iam having my menses on time no spotting between the periods.
My last miscarriage was
27th May 2021
First menses after miscarriage was on
22nd jun 2021

Then second menses was on 18th July 2021

Third menses on
11th August

4th one is due in September

Why IVF?

The doctor thought, it might help in my case
Although i told them, i have no difficulty in getting pregnant, but still she suggest & also other doctor too.
But the IVF doctor when study my case she shays you have 10% chance. Although all my results were fine & no issues.

Regarding fibroids results the lady who is responsible in this regard is out of town so it may take a week to get the reports.

Secondly in my 7 miscarriage history, every time the test were done, no issues were found related to Other wise doctors may have taken some actions.

I did talk to some homeopathy doctors, but it was in vain in the past.
Therefore this time i thought may be from this platform some doctor can help me in this regard.

Regarding fibroids you may be right, but with 7 miscarriages, the doctors had shown me concerns if it was harmful in my case.

Regarding conceiving we have already cancelled with IVF as there is only 10% chance
Well we will go with natural conceiving, but before that i was thinking if you could suggest if any medicine is needed before or during pregnancy, as I already had a miscarriage 3 months ago, therefore before proceeding i need some help, so that same thing is not repeated.
In 2 to 3 months we are planning to try for pregnancy, whats your advice on this or should i wait a little more.

Lastly previous homeopathy doctors gave me vibernum opulus and pulsatila during pregnancy, didn't help in my first pregnancy.

After using Aconite there is no change, firstly i don't know that this medicine is for tension, so i didn't notice any change.
