Depression and lack of energy

Hi,

I am looking for a homeopathic for myself. I am a female 43 years old.

For sometime, I feel down and depressed and not motivated to do things. I woke up in the morning and I feel sluggish and recently I feel I do not need to socialize. I am going through some rough time with my child who has autism and I feel like nobody cares or understands what I am going through. I feel resentful with things of the past and things that did not work or decisions made. Some physical symptoms were pain in the shoulder, which come and go. I am also going through some perimenopausal symptoms ( I am 43), like I had some hot flashes that come and go and I have this pain in my nipples. I have also gained weight, due to eating (need to feel a void). I used to exercise but have no longer desire or energy. I have also very short memory and forget easily where I place things. I am a big procrastinator and I start something and end up doing something else. I have a introvert personality, and do not like to speak in public (where there are many people, I feel like I am judged), though I am the one who talks more in a one on one relationship (Like if I go out with a friend for coffee or if I talk with someone on skype or phone).
I feel worried about the future and especially the future of my child.

I mostly get aggravated by cold (except when I had the hot flushes). I cannot stand cold especially in my shoulders. At times I feel irritated.

Other physical symptoms are sometime constipation and lack of energy and motivation to do things I do not like. I get better if I go outside though it takes me a lot of effort to get out of the house. Once I do, I feel better. I have a low blood pressure and I am not an alpha personality.

I am looking for something that could help me with these symptoms, especially the depression, the sluggishness and hormonal issues as well as the short memory. Thank you in advance.

Thank you! I was using tissue salts a lot and got some shoudler pain by taking them. I overdid taking Nat Mur and Kali mur, but Nat phos would give me pain on the right shoulder. Do you still advise taking them> I do have breaks, but anytime I start them I still have pain on my right calf and right shoulder.......
