Undesirable Weight gain and not able to reduce
Female age 47 history of hypothyroid irregular periods and fibroids asthama allergies and ulcer.I am here to ask for some efficient remedy for weight loss. I keep on putting weight for no reason. I can not even eat one chapati in lunch and one in dinner it will make me gain weight. It's also very hard for me to loose weight even with strict diet control and regular exercise. And if I loose some weight it comes back very fast. I am like this from the beginning of puberty but now it's becoming even harder to loose my weight.
I get PMS like crying irritated and angry for small things etc. My periods are almost regular now but always come two-3 days earlier. Brittle thin frizzy hair. Patched two colors facial skin dark around chin area.bad Hirsutism too
Kindly suggest me something for my weight issues

Do you still have fibroids and what are your menses like
Regular irregular heavy scanty pains type of pains
As if you still have these issue then maybe the weight gain is due to the Gynae issues

My periods are so far regular but always two three days earlier. Flow is average first thee days bit heavier than normal spotting only. I get mucus like black discharge for few days after 5-6 days of periods. And this fibroids issue was only three years back but this weight gain issue is since long time ago. No periods pain

Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris 30
3 drops in water/ 03 pills thrice a day for seven days
Post symptoms after menses and after 8-10 days if the menses reappear like you said
