Gastroparesis and SIBO Symptoms Nausea,burping,gas and lot more

Recently diagnosed with Gastroparesis!
Did anyone else is suffering from the same disease
Kindly share your experience and the treatment
I have gone through many things in two years
before diagnoses.
Needs remedy with guidance please

What is your chief complain?

Nausea,burping/belching/gas/back pain upper
abdomen ,burning pain , intestinal gurgling and
sounds , light colour stool sometimes firm sometimes
Loose
Chronic fatigue/Numbness in hands and feet
,knee pain , cracking sounds in knees
Chills/lack of appetite and insomnia or disturb sleep
Feels tired
Dark circles under eyes
Premature grey hair
Brain fog
Weight loss of 10 kg
Depression because of my condition
Used to have Heavy period now treated with IUD
Used Probiotics but made my condition worst so
Stopped
Had rifaxamin for intestinal bacterial overgrowth
But didn’t work
Had a fatty liver in 2020 but gone now
Gallbladder has 1.9 cm stone but no pain
CT scan /MRI shows no abnormality
In liver /gallbladder/ pancreas/spleen
Endoscopy / colonoscopy shows no abnormility
In stomach except gastritis and colon is clean
Finally, gastric scan showed delayed emptying
Of stomach so diagnosed with gastroparesis

I do not want to interfere with a professionally qualified homeopath if Dr Basu does not get back
Just narrate what do you feel about your health the feelings I have when the thoughts wander towards your health issues which must be happening a lot
I will have to question you a lot before prescribing

Kindly suggest because I didn't get why should I?
Do you think homeopathy can help me with
Gastroparesis??

Please visit any General Surgeon having experience in Laparoscopy.
Its being done in minimal surgical process.
Moreover you need not to stay more than 2 nights in hospital.
So I think its better to think of surgery.
