Piriformis syndrome wallet neuropathy
Hi, I hope to get some advice please. I have piriformis syndrome caused by sitting on a hard surface for too long so I have compressed my sciatic nerve. It is on my left side and the pain is either at the base of my buttock or mid posterior thigh. Sitting is very uncomfortable and I cannot lie onthe affected side. The pain is constant, even at night. Please help. I am a 54 year old female. The only thing that helps a little is walking.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is also making me feel very anxious and depressed as the pain is constant except from when I go for a walk. It was getting a bit better but then I sat on a hard chair for 2-3 hours and has been much worse than previously for the last week, with pain either in my left buttock or down my left thigh.

I am taking hypericum and mag phos, on Anuj’s advice (see later post). Is this for the symptoms of depression please?

I had this wallet neuropathy after driving with my wallet in the back pocket for a long drive
Took all Hyp arn Ruta Rhus
But Aurum cured me there is kind of pain in the femur too and walking helps certain motions of the thigh makes is more painful if these symptoms match please take Aurum else please follow Anuj he has more experience
