What is the antidote of Nux vomi?

Hello,I have taken Nux vomi 0/8.it was a wrong remedy for me. As a result proving of Nux vomi is happening on me.my skull,teeth,bone,testis is becoming very hard.constipation problem is seen.eye problem is happening.so its need to antidote Nux vomi.but what is the antidote of Nux vomi?which potency and doses?

Just one (1) dose of 5 pills dissolved under the tongue.
