Unexplained permanent Headache

Hi

I have had a permanent headache for at least the past few 16 years (as far as I can remember, perhaps since the beginning, I can't say for sure).

I have been told to ask here for advice.

The best way I can describe the headache is; it's a kind of heaviness in my head, I'd say mostly near my forehead area though it's hard to say now as I have had it for so long.

It literally never goes away, not even for a second, and at times get worse. I can't really say what makes it worse.

It's not a migraine headache, or any of the usual headache types, pain killers make absolutely no difference.

Does anyone have any idea where to start?

Behind my lower teeth I do have some stains.

I do drink water regularly at night. Dandruff I don't think so and I can generally fall asleep easily whenever I want.
