Possible aggravation from Kali Bich 200C

My wife 4 doses of Kali Bich 200C wet dose for ear pain, Eustachian tube swelling. Yesterday she had vertigo, swaying back and forth, side to side, and intense dizziness when she got out of bed. Today dizziness started again with trembling of hands. What can she take to antidote this remedy? Thanks Declan
