Chronic renal failure dog from tick disease

I am a small animal vet starting my journey into homeopathy. I have a canine patient with kidney disease secondary to ehrlichia, anaplasma, and RMSF. His values are off the charts but his spirit is good. He's 8 years old with normal water intake and urine output. His appetite is very diminished. He's a gentle boy but slightly anxious. Breathing rapidly in hospital. The owner is desperate and I'm hoping to lead her toward a remedy for the dog. Any ideas? Thanks.
