Suffering from memory and concentration loss

Dear all,

My younger brother is doing preparation for government exams have age 30. For that he read General knowledge subject. But he forget it in next other day.
He tried Many times do study very well. But still having same issue. Also he is also having concentration loss. He don't think any other in mind but still having issue

Please suggest better medicine to overcome this issue.

Tell him to go early to bed and early to rise.

He needs sound sleep.
His reading room should be separate from bed room.

When he sits to study, he should sit minimum 20 minutes without thinking, without talking and without reading. Just should close eyes and should be silent.

Can continue:
Biochemic Cell Salt: Kali Phos 6X
6Tablets with a cup of warm milk before going to bed at night.
