Autoimmune encephalopathy that can be viral

Child suffered TBI when 6 months old and it seems it was due to no ability to dispose of toxins. Since it was after shots it could be able to pass through the brain barrier and child gets more seizures after allergies and colds. We are thinking maybe there are some virus allocated deep on brain tissue.Has encephalopathy as one diagnosis.
Due to the main insult child is developmental delayed and growth of brain has been slow. Happy child, walks, sees with cerebral visual impairment, talks (not age matching but clear voice). Hates fine motor activities loves gross motor kind. Has sleep apnea and takes anticonvulsants meds but has been fighthing seizures kind infantile spasms for more than a year without allopathic help from meds.
Eats and drinks well. Food almost 100% organic, and after cutting the ones that appeared to contribute for allergies according to blood tests helped to heal eczema that was present from 6months until 3 years of age.
Major issues right now: seizures, obstructive sleep apnea and low growth of brain. Some seizures seems to come after some excitement while expecting to something to happen. Brain waves was too slow for age but the spikes are causing the seizures.
Some guidance on remedies that could help? we regulary use remedies for a wide range of simple illness.
TIA
