Lateral meniscus tearHi, I am seeking help for my right knee pain, swelling, pain and inflammation on my knee as well as my lateral side of my right leg. My doctor said I will need a arthroscopy. I am a strong believer and follower of homeopathy. Please guide, thank you.
Here is what my MRI report.
1. No acute fracture or dislocation.
2. Moderate to large right knee joint effusion.
3. Grade 1 sprain of the LCL.
4. Complex tear of the posterior horn and body of the lateral
5. Moderate chondromalacia and minimal subchondral cystic change along
the central aspect of the medial femoral condyle.

How many pallets I should be taking each time?
Also, do I need to continue whole week 3 times a day or just 3 times for a day?
