Havyness in head at evening
I have heavyness on head at evening during work. My top of the head pain but not throbbing pain. After dinner it's bit going down. But daytime i do not have any issues. I am 37yr old Male. I do works at night. If some unsolved issues come i get tensed and headache improve. Please suggest some remedies.forfeit on 2020-11-07

Thanks Nuxvom helps a lot and stopped my symptoms. After 2 months its again started. I have checked with cardiologist I was high BP at evening (144/89) and fast heart rate due to stress. My Heart profile is OK and ECG are OK also DID echo 3d also OK.
Below are elevated values from all of my checkup
LIPID
1. TOTAL CHOLESTEROL : 234 NORMAL RANGE - 125 to 200
2. LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT 178 NORMAL RANGE - 85 to 130
3. TRIGLYCERIDES - 250 NORMAL RANGE 25 to 200
LIVER
4. GGT - 126.3 NORMAL RANGE <55
5. SGOT - 74.6 NORMAL RANGE <35
6. SGPT - 107.6 NORMAL RANGE <45
THYROD
7. T3 - 118 NORMAL RANGE < 60-200
8. T4 - 8.6 NORMAL RANGE < 4.5-12
9. THS - 9.4 NORMAL RANGE < 0.3-5.5 (it was normal 6 months back)
