Caudal Occipital Malformation Syndrome

My 13 year old fury friend Easydog (Chihuahua) has got COMS with the attached symptoms Such as heart problems(Enlarged heart), severe sleep apnea and sometimes seizures - lack of oxygen. He has still a quality life according my homeopathic vet. During day you would think there is nothing wrong with him. He is on Lachesis 200c, Spongia, Najja, Apis and Apoc 30c. Is there a strong diuretic i can give him so he can get rid of fluids in belly due to CHF?
