Polyps on vocal cord and voice hoarseness

I have polyps on vocal cord left, due to this my voice is not consistence everyday. Some time I see more hoarseness .. can some one please suggest a medicine for this?

Hi
Take Thuja 1M one dose only at night time
On third day start taking Berberis Vulgaris 30 three times day
Feed back after one week
