My son age 8 is facing Stool Incontinence after surgery of hershsprung disease
Hi,My son age 8 is, was diagnosed with hershsprung disease at 5th day of birth and immediately went into surgery due to perforation. a stoma was created for stool passage which was present till last surgery in 2017. before 2017 he never passes stool from anus.
since first surgery he has been into surgery 5 times. because after the surgery, the passage doctor created was becoming blocked. The place where doctor joint the intestines become blocked.
his last surgery in 2017 went successful and he is passing stool from anus since then.
since 2017 he is facing Stool Incontinence and having urge to pass stool in every 15 to 20 minutes. skin around the anus is damaged badly due to acidity of stool. we are still doing dilation because if we dont do dilation the place where doctor joint the intestines starting to create blockage.
Kindly advise medicine for Stool Incontinence, blockage in intestines and for the skin around anus which keep red all the time and severe itching is happening there.

Hi Sir,
I have started given ALOE to my son 2 months ago with 30 potency 3 drops daily for a month, there were a little improvement in his stool. previously he was passing stool around 50 to 60 times a day, after ALOE it reduced to around 40 times. Then improvements stopper I consult with the doctor online and he suggest to take 200th Potency once daily. But it didn't improved anything.
He is still passing stool around 40 to 45 times a day
Kindly suggest
