Burning Toes and Pain in legs

Dears,

I have too much burning and sometimes pain in toes. Skin colour of toe joints has also changed. Skin is also loose at joints of toes.

Also I have pain and hot sensation in both legs. Pain increase if I stand or walk. Pain also increases if I sit on floor with folded legs for a long time.

I had done doppler test and condition of slight intermittent claudication was reported.

I am having the above issue since May 2020.

Please suggest remedies.

Thanks for your response.

All my reports are normal.

Calcium - 9.33, Hemoglobin - 12.28, Platelet - 211,
TSH - 4.31, Vitamin D - 46, B12 - 1084, Uric Acid - 6.1

Only thing is that Doppler test of lower limbs show Mild atherosclerotic changes of below knee arterial system.

Please advise.
