Constipation problem from many years

Hi Helping community

I am 39 years old , 6 feet tall , overweight (95kg) having a day long sitting job as software engineer. I am having constipation problems from many years. Due to work pressure, I overthink and feel stress. Also I become angry on small issues. I have cravings for sweet. Also from last 6 months, I am smoking one cigarette after dinner. I think due to this, I am feeling cough (lot of throttling by mouth) next day after breakfast. It feels cough is stuck, but doesn't come out for 15 minutes.

Here is my schedule :

8AM - Wake up, drink one glass warm water
8:30 AM - one cup tea and almonds/pistachio/two biscuits
9:30 AM - go to washroom for stools
10 AM - breakfast with one cup tea
(after this urge to clear throat starts and remains for 10 mins)
10:30 AM - start working on laptop
2:00 PM - lunch time, 2 rotis. some rice and dal
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM - take rest
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM - back to laptop work
5:00 PM - one cup tea with 2-3 biscuits
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM - back to work
7:30 PM - dinner time (2 rotis and curry)
8:00 PM - smoke time , 1 cig
8:00 - 8:20 PM - walk after dinner
8:30 PM - 11:00 PM - watching TV or mobile
11:30 PM - sleep

I need solutions of these two problems :

1. Constipation
2. Throat clear problem after breakfast

Have ispaghol twice a day, in hot milk or room temperature water, one teaspoon twice a day.

Thank you Dr Jitesh..Nux 30 solved my cough problem 70% ..Constipation problem is still same..any other medicine here ?
