throat infection

two days ago i took shower and sat beneath high speed fan. That night at 3am i got up with difficulty breathing took jaggery got some relief then in morning took rota inhaler which solved breathing issue. my brother has asthma i also need inhaler sometimes in winter.
Since that day i have throat itching from inside no cough, fever or headache. i have runny nose, sneezing and throat infection. when i blow nose clear liquid with yellow mucus comes out.
My doctor has given belladoona 200 and gun powder 200.
Is this correct remedy. i am bit scared with name of remedy.
