Severe insomnia 2 weeks after Staphysagria
Hello, I took Staphysagria two weeks ago for repressed anger and resentment that was causing me constant problems. (5 doses of 5 pellets 6c). The anger quickly went away, I was very sleepy for a few days, then fine. For four days I suddenly had SEVERE insomnia, nervousness, impatience, palpitations. I would like to heal this without homeopathic, since I didn’t realize the problems it would cause. I take magnesium, valerian, motherwort, skullcap, lemon balm, but no sleep. Will this eventually go away by itself?? Please help and please share hopeful experiences. Thank you.PeacefulOldSoul on 2020-10-04

Dr. Sharma: thank you for suggestion! I am leaving on vacation today and cannot get drops unfortunately. Maybe I can find pillules where I am going.
Drjitesh: Do you mean that if I drink coffee it will help? I took five pillules, five times of Staphysagria. Yes it was probably too much. I had bought highlands gas formula also and took two pills of that not knowing that I wasn’t supposed to do that. It contained Ignatia, lycopodium and asefotida. Only after that did I find out that I wasn’t supposed to do that. After that I had bad abdominal cramps and then a very painful period.

I drank decaf coffee all day and it must have worked because I was finally able to calm down and sleep. No more hyperness, anxiety, or insomnia. I say this for the benefit of others. I hope if anyone is ever having problems with too strong reaction, this simple antidote will work for them.
