11 mo old frequent night wakings
Hello,I have an 11 month old whose sleep is getting progressively worse. She wakes every night, almost to the minute, about an hour after going down to bed. Lately, she's been getting up after that almost every hour, only giving me an occasional 2-3 hour increment. She seems like she's scared and wants to be held, but then is very restless in your arms. Sometimes we can get her back down in bed awake, with singing. However, often the only thing that calms her restlessness is nursing. Appreciate any help anyone can offer; my body feels like it's slowly dying from lack of sleep!

Most days her naps are good. She wakes easily at daycare, though. It seems like she's a light sleeper.

Give one tab each of Ferrum Phos 6x and Kali Phos 6x three times a day and give a feedback after every 4 days.
