This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There is no interaction between these two. Either one may be taken before or after, Merc Cor Is more effective in dysentery.

Both of them are antidotes to each other. However one thing should be remembered mind symptoms are predominant, if there is simillimum, the indicated remedy should be given, and then there is no antodote, nothing like inimical.

Sorry what do the terms simillimum and inimical mean in homeopathy ? and how is this related to China and arsenic ?

Simillimum means similarty of symptoms, inimical means containdicated , can not be given after.

Remedies with similar symptoms or modalities are mostly antidote, while if Modalities are just oppsite to each other they are mostly complementary. For example Silicea is complementary to pulsatila while puls is worse from warm and silicea is better from warm .

Exhaustive list is provided in Materia Medica by Boerick

So if two remedies have Simillimum in regards to the mind symptoms then this will not cause antidoting with each other ?

May antidote, using inimical remedies show violent side effects, but if mind symptoms are similar to the selected remedy, no side effects are seen. You choose another remedy when the prior remedy fails, so why wll You fear of antidoting it?
