white hair and hair loss please help !

Hello experts.
I hope this finds you in the best of your health and spirits.
So I have an issue where I have been losing hair and also there is wide spread white hair.

From beard, nose, chest to pubic hair. Last week i started seeing white hair even on eye brow. and today there were 3 on left eye brow.

Im a 40 year old Male.

I goto gym.

I lift weights and run( not as much as i should be but i do)

I smoke on weekend and vape on weekdays.

My diet is good except at nights i munch on cookies and junk while watching movies.

I do have type 2 diabetes that i maintain with working out and decent diet.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Dead things can not be revived. However further damage can be controlled.

Take hyoscyamus 1M single dose

Report after 15 days.

It will take time.

I mean hair that has become white can not be blackened , however further damage can be controlled.

i missed one more thing and maybe this will help.....ive been told by my previous homeopath (who retired) that by personality im lycopodium

Begin with what I have prescribed. If required, Lycopodium May be used afterwards. Now Hyoscyamus is more appropriate.
