Bent posture

I am from Varanasi city and writing to you requesting a homeopathy treatment plan for my father who is not able to stand straight for almost a year now. He is 52 kgs and his height is 6 ft.

1. The posture while standing is bent almost 90 degrees from the waist. It was a little better a few months back but is getting worse.
2. Pain in the waist and abdomen when he tries to stand straight.
3. Able to maintain a straight posture only for a very short time IF provided a helping hand, pillar support, or stick.
4. Appetite is normal and eating food and multivitamin, omega 3 fatty acid, and protein supplement.
5. Very underweight and becoming thinner although eating well.
6. Always feels weak and sleepy despite proper food and adequate sleep.
7. Persistent pain in the sole of the feet that becomes worse with water contact.
8. Allopathy medicines only provided symptomatic temporary relief. Upon the doctor's consultation, Neurobion injections were given for a month. But this also did not work out well.

Few tests for diabetes, haemogram, and uric acid were also performed recently. All the results were normal except that he also has low hemoglobin content.
Please suggest the appropriate medication. Your kind gesture will be very much appreciated.

Dr. Anuj

Can these 3 medicines be taken at a time together by dissolving in water? Or I need to keep a gap in between 3 medicines?
