Collapsed Arch left foot - presenting symptoms - suitable remedy
Good day everyone,My left foot arch is collapsed and following are the symptoms it is presenting since nearly a year. I had tried cold and hot therapy only temporary relief.
1. Pain around the ankle
2. Pain at inferior extensor retinaculum while driving car and in a stationary position
3. Pain at the heel inner side (left foot)
4. Pain increases as the day progress and worse before sleeping
5. Morning no pain after waking up.
Since a week new symptoms started as follows:
4. tingling, crawling sensation under the fingers, sometimes under the sole. It comes and goes away on its own (with or without movement)
5. Minor Numbness mostly at night
6. Numbness goes away on it owns (with or without movement)
I have added a high arch insole and heel support in my shoes, since then pain seems to have reduced (since three days).
Could you please advice how do I proceed in prognosis and diagnosis.
I have been taking Lycopodium 30C since a two weeks for gas, bloating, hemorrhoids, neck and shoulder pain. Lycopodium is my constitution along with Phosphrus and Puls as per a survey.

Rhus Tox 30 five drops in an ounce of water three times a day.
In addition Calc Flour 6x and Kali Phos 6x five tabs of each three times a day .

Thank you for your feedback.
I got these remedies and started the course, will feedback after a week. However, I couldn't find Calc flour in 6x but 12x, I hope that's OK.
Furthermore, the remedies I bought are bigger in size (Adler brand) and recommeded dosage is two tablets as one dose unlike the Hylands small tablets forming 5 tablets in one dose.
Also Rhus Tox 30 only pillules are available in UAE so will take 4 pills as one dose.

I have tried chiropractic just before the pandemic. Given the situation, I would prefer not to visit at the moment. The. Chiropractor gave me some suggestions would resume those.
Main concern at present is the tingling, crawling sensation.

Hello Dr Anuj,
There is a marked improvement in the pain, except that sometime I feel like a sprain in the joint while walking.
Regarding the tingling, crawling and numbness, only minor improvement but I can now anticipate more clearly that if I am stationary or in motion, the tingling and crawling sensation starts after few minutes. For e.g. if I tap my left feet for sometime, then the sensation starts and goes away after sometime.
I can say overall there is good improvement. I would really like your further advice.

There is much improvement with regard to the pain in the left arch, I would say 98%. Only rarely I feel minor inconvenience/ pain.
Tingling and crawling sensation also decreased a lot, would say 85% decreased.
Seems I have low B12 level. Started with B12 supplement.
On a different subject, I have gone for the covid 19 test, as some symptoms manifested this morning. It is much better now after I tool Anas barbaraie combination.
At present moment I am having running nose, some times blocked nose, nose is dry, headache above and around eyes, tired eyes. Feels thirsty and mouth is dry. Feeling like sleepy.
There is discharge from nose into the throat mostly white and sometimes clear. Appreciate your suggestion for remedies.

I got the negative covid result.
I guess it is the seasonal flu. I am continuing with Bryonia and Kali, Silicea.
I would like to add the following symptoms, progressed to today:
1. Partial productive cough started, feel like coming from the throat but not fully clear. Slight irritation at trachea.
2. Burning sensation in the eyes.
3. Running nose, sneezes too many in a day but lesser than yesterday.
4. thick discharge; some times white and sometimes light green.
Shall I continue the same remedies?

Sneezes, running nose, headache over the eyes stopped, eyes feel better, only a little tiredness in the eyes.
At present, I feel the following appreciate your further advice:
1. Thick greenish nasal discharge when doing the nasal irrigation or blowing the nose. Not many times, but like 3 times today.
2. Nasal and head congestion; feel like nostrils are not fully clear but there is no nose block.
3. Mucus coming out (small but thick) when clearing the throat.
4. Discomfort at the nape of the neck. Might be due to sitting posture in front of the screen but I didn't sit that long today.
5. Some minor joint pain at the right elbow not much but a little.

I would like to update that I am feeling the following today, appreciate your advice:
1. Greenish thick nasal discharge increased from yesterday. Last night had nose block for short time, took Kali bi and fine after that.
2. Have pain in between the shoulder blade when I move my head down. Pinching pains in the back below the shoulder blades. Pain at the nape of neck continues when I move my head.
3. Feel general tightness at the ribs under the chest like bloating and gas. Feel relieves after passing stool.
