Erratic CBC

I am 83 years old

My CBC count has been excellent with all parameters within limits. My HB has been above 15 and platelets about 250.

There has been sudden disarray of all the parameters. HB 9, platelet 80 and an alarming drop in TLC, DLC and other vital components of bone marrow.

I have no fever or any other symptoms. The sudden deterioration of CBC is not understood.

Please advise homeopathic remedies to restore normal quality of my CBC components.

Ferrum Met 30 five drops in an ounce of water 3 times a day.

In addition Five Phos 6x five tabs three times a day.

I consulted Haematologist and after studying my CBC he opined that I am suffering from severe anemia.

Please advise remedy to cure this malady

Dengue and malaria have been ruled out with blood test. Diagnosis by Hematologist is that I am suffering from severe anemia.
