throat pain since more than week- for attention of Dr.Anuj

Hello Respected Anuj Sir,

My wife aged 40 is suffering from mild throat pain on right side since 8 days. She took antibiotics but didn't cured. No other symptoms like fever,cold,body pains, or breathing issues. Could you please suggest medicines?She has leg pains since year and not diagnosed for arthritis or diabetic. Kindly suggest. weather is rainy and wet here.

Hepar Sulph 30 five drops in an ounce of water three ties a day.

IN ADDITION

Ferrum Phos 6x and Mag Phos 6x five tabs of each three times a day.
