Hi sir.I am a student age :23Weight: 80 kg height: 5'9''
Past history : Masturbation started at the age of 15 years and did for almost 3 months then quit
Now after getting admission in university ,i am getting this problem of clear fluid coming out of the organ whenever i talk to a girl on phone or chat with her or see them live.But it mostly occur when talking to a stranger girl on phone.Also,i had a habit of watching porn two times a month but now i have quit it too.I am overall healthy and okay and i attract females too but my problem is i cant talk to them and see their pictures without the fluid coming out of my organ.It makes me lazy and causes hairfall too.I used some ayurvedic products like shilajit gold capsules and a mixture made up of imli beej ,akar kara,misri. I got some benefit with shilajit gold capsules too but it faded away again.
I know the problem lies in my brain due to excessive porn watching and i am trying to overcome it too.But is there anything else i should be taking along like any nedicine or homeopathic drugs etc??
Kindly please help me i have tried almost everything , i am determined and i want to overcome this issue

Discharge of thin white liquid is a normal phenomena,don't think about it.Take Acid phos 30 , 6/7pills twice daily or add 6/7 drops of medicine with 400ml drinking water and take 10ml twice daily in empty stomach. Along with it take Avena sativa Q 5ml twice daily

But this discharge is causing me backpain and lethargy and laziness.its affecting my health.Its pre ejaculatory fluid from bulbourethral gland.If it persists,it may progress to emission of diacharge itself(jarian)

Use these two medicine I hope in sha Allah it will cure the problems.Two options are given about Acid phos.If pill available buy in pill form.

There is añother thing, sometimes(not all) when i sit on my knees, some cracking sounds come and when i sit again they disappear.they only come once. Not so loud but little soft sounds.It does not come everytime ,just sometimes when i sit after a long time standing.
What is this due to and is there any treatment?
