Eczema on right hand

Hi I have crusting, Itching, red inflamed and weeping eczema on my right hand.

I previously had sepia and aurum metallicum for postpartum depression and now my skin is very inflamed.

I am also emotionally sensitive and have a runny nose with itching eyes.

Please kindly advise.

1. Sulphur-30 6 pills twice a day for 10 days and then come back.
