Plantar wart

My 6 year old son has had a plantar wart on his foot for a while. Recently I have been giving him Ruta 30c a couple of times a week. It has gotten darker and started to protrude more. Is this a good sign? Should I be giving him a different remedy?

Hi I suggest you to stop this medicine
Give more symptoms especially about his physical make up his mind his eating habits his reactions to external temperature/ weather his food desires or aversions
Any other complaints which you think not related to plantar wart
I will suggest you the appropriate medicine once you give above required details
