LM dilutions

I have become quite interested in LM dilutions? Do they cause less severe or frequent aggravations? I read that they are better for sensitive patients. Can any experienced homeopath give his opinion about it?
If you have a patient that reacts to everything is LM dosage better?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes. LM potency is faster and safer. But I have seen severe aggravation for the treatment of psora.

The most important issue is that the remedy
Is a good match. Next, the right potency
And doses- if one is sensitive you may
Not need to dose as often and you can dose
In water. Put the remedy in one cup, then take
A tsp put and put into another cup, etc to find
What works best.
You may also find that there needs to be
Layers of different remedies- One set of symptoms
Cured and then another set needs a different remedy.

Psora? What is psora?

But by putting it in water dont you just make or stronger by dilution of even further? I always thought that.

Psora- please google miasms in homeopathy.

Also google “aggravation zapper” which is
About diluting the remedy so it has a more gentle effect.
This is not the same as putting the remedy in water
And shaking the bottle ( which slightly ups the vibration
Of the remedy) google succussion.
