Trying to conceive please advise. Emotional trauma and stress.

I’m hoping someone could advise.

I’ve been trying to conceived on and off for 4 years. I have experience a lot of stress and trauma from a previous relationship. I have been doing a lot more to help myself through Counciling and EMDR which is working really well for about 6 months. I know my trauma was linked to the loss of a child and the fear and anxiety of the same happening and of not being a good enough mum / self worth and self esteem.

Could anyone advise me on doses / remedies / protocols that I could try. Here is a list from my research of possible remedies:

Sepia
Folliulinum
Phosphorus
Graphites
Aurum Met
Natrum Carb
Staphysagria

Current physical symptoms include:

*Acne around the jaw before period.
*Bloating.
*Anxiety and PMT (especially before period).
* Hopelessness, anger and disappointment, negative thinking around ovulation fertile window. (Almost self sabotaging self)
*Poor sleep.
*Poor vaginal discharge / lack of or constantly creamy White.
*Pelvic pain after intercourse or at time of ovulation
27 day cycle.
*2 days of medium/heavy bleeding then light to brown bleeding for further 2 to 3 days.
*Positive ovulation tests but no positive pregnancy tests.

START TAKING IGNATIA 200 ONE DOSE IN THE MORNING EVERY ALTERNATE DAY AND GIVE A FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.

IN ADDITION KALI PHOS 6X FIVE TABS ONES A DAY EVERY DAY.

Hello,

So I have now taken the remedies for the seven days as prescribed. Over all the symptoms I have had have been an improvement in my anxiety and mood, feeling more grounded. Physically I have still had some trouble with sleeping but not so anxious, I have had acne around ovulation time which is unusual as my skin is normally better then. Sore breasts around OV time. Pelvic pain after intercourse which lasted a few days. Thick white (non smelling) virginal discharge for 3 days after fertile window.

KALI PHOS TO CONTINUE.

IN ADDITION FERRUM PHOS 6X FIVE TABS THREE TIMES A DAY.

FEEDBACK AFTER A WEEK.

TILL SUCH TIME YOU GET NAT MUR, CONTINUE IGNATIA.

Hello, so I have now completed 7 days of the remedies (above) I had to wait a few days for the Nat Mur 200C to arrive but followed the directions.

*Period came on time. Better flow- no clots this time- 2 days of medium / heavy flow followed by 3 days of lighter, darker, thick / brown flow. Pulling pelvic pain. Headaches. (Period was 8th-12th)

*More acne again around chin and sore breasts day before period and the first two days, normally no breast pain one flow has started btw. Craving comfort foods and puddings.

* Continued improvements in mood and anxiety- husband says I am gentler.

* sleep has improved. But feeling tired?

*Two days before period and on and off for the week- feelings of resentment coming up- feelings of why not me and not trusting that things will happen for me. Feelings of shame- not being a good person or mother. Frustration.

* not sure if significant but- keep knocking self causing bruises, especially on the legs. Pelvic pain as of the last few days is no longer, stomachs seems better too.

Thankyou for the remedies, really feel something working.

Continue same protocol in addition Mag Phos 6x five tabs three times a day.

Nat Mur ones a day now onwards.

Feedback after 7 days.
