Please help in emergency case of chronic pancreatitis

Doctor thanks for your response and suggestion today I have collected medicines from market as in these days the medicines also not easily available in my town due to corona carduus Q and magnesium phos 6x available but belladona 30ch and chelidonium Q available. Please suggest whether I have to go with available medicines or some other suggestion please.

Hello doctor, I am giving my brothers report as per your suggestions completed 4 days, some improvement in digestive system, pain continue after meal, gas forms after lunch and will continue for the rest of day, no improvement in weakness till now.

Dr as per your suggestion natrum sulph 6x taken 3 doses only and I am giving feedback for that the pain is now continuously and breathing problem starts just offer taken off this medicine. Please guide further thanks.

Doctor I am submitting feedback after 4 days as per unit instructions my brother is feeling some better, I want to submit another problem along with the present treatment he have to go to toilet for fresh after breakfast sometimes after lunch also since long. He is facing excessive sweating in armpits since long even in winter season.

Hello doctor I am submitting
another problem which have faced yesterday that is extremely acidity due to which feels like fire in throat as well and chest. At present very difficult to take the breakfast please suggest something by which may feel better. Hello doctor now I am submitting the feedback which wire required to be submitted after 7 days of medicines prescribed by your goodself in the first instance, the pain which was continuously earlier now it is intermediately and improve but it is definitely after each meal for some time, improvement in digestion system is also observed. Chelidonium 6x as well as belladonna 3C are still not available in my town, I have tried my best and please guide weather we should continue with the available medicines or some other suggestion for further improvement please.

Hello doctor I am submitting feedback after one week improvement in digestion system relax in gas bloating, Less in pancreas pain but now lower backache, sleeplessness along with dry throat. No improvement in sweating extremely hair fall continuously. Fresh required after each meal still continue. Please guide thanks.
