Frozen Shoulder pain, numbness that increase at night

Hi sir

my mother aged 56 years, her period end at the age of 53 after then she is having sever illness, since last year.

1) right shoulder pain, numbness that increased at night and severe shoulder pain moved to arm , fingers that are also numbness

first we dint know what it is she couldn't raise arm or push arms behind, she is mashallah active lady but after then she is disappointed that may be she cant move her arms .

all her symptoms increase evening and worst at night then improve in morning

please check her attached MRI report and suggest medicine,

her right nostril always blocked since she was 25 to 30 year age
she is no sugar patient but her feet burn since age of 35, cough that increase in winter doctor said she has alergy issues, lived stressed full life separated from husband since the age of 21nd, and now she is 56 years having one daughter.

Findings
Straighnennig of the curvical spine noted likely due to spasam multilve disc dehydration noted..
C3/C4, C4/C5 and C5/C6 levels show diffuse disc bulge and disc osteophyte complexes causing anterior thecal sac indentcation and mild radicular complression more market at C4/C5 level

There is no evidence of disc hernication or nerve root impingement at other levels,
No significant disc bulg or protrusion noted at any level in cervical spine
Normal contour and signal within spinal cord, no evidence of cord compression
Pre and parvavertebral soft tissues appear normal
No evidence of marrow replacement in vertebrae
Normal craniovertebral junction

please suggest medicine to cure her problems
