Dosing is according to reactions. When you
Have a good / means symptoms improve-
Or when you have aggravation/ old symptoms
Getting worse/ or new symptoms you never had?
You stop dosing and wait- if symptoms improved
Wait till you feel you are relapsing. If old symptoms
Got worse- wait to see if improvement follows
And then wait till relapse. If you had new symptoms
You never had- wait to see if they wear off and
Then improvement follows.
The above is for 30c potency. 200c or 1m
Can act over a couple weeks or month.
Do not think of this in the same way as western
Medicine. Homeopathic meds when correct
Trigger your life force to clear illness- everyone
Is going to be different in how they react.

Many thanks Simone for your enlightening reply. I wanted to find out if Bryonia Alba will have any adverse effect on the patient if it is continuously used for a long period. However, from your reply it appears that continuous use of the medicine (depending upon symptoms imrovement/deterioration/new symptoms/aggravation of old symptoms, etc) will not be harmful to the patient.

And less- or perhaps the potency needs to go
Up after having good effects but then no effects
After a time.
If one has to keep giving the remedy
And the same symptoms keep coming back-
This is called palliation- it is not cure. It is actually
Suppressing the disease like western medicine.
If this happens, the remedy is wrong.
