Hallucination

Hi - my 98 year old, bedridden Aunt is starting to transition. She is hallucinating and seeing people who have already passed. She gets very agitated and restless - telling stories mostly from the past. She weaves in and out of hallucinations, re-living the past and being somewhat in the present. Can I give her something to stop the hallucinations and help to calm her down?
