lower back stiff ness and pain

Hi
i am suffering with lower back stiffness form long time
it can be explained as when ever is sit on ground for long time while i get up i will not be able to stand straight it pains a lot and i need to force my self to stand and
it will be ok after force my self to stand same is there with my left nee when i keep it bent for long time i can't Staten it its painful and i need to force my self.
i think this is some were related to digestion because when ever I have problem in passing stool comfortably this symptom increases
